This article aims to investigate the formation of the teacher as the pedagogic practice motivating factor in early childhood education. A qualitative research study was carried out a questionnaire with open questions about the motivation in the work of the teaching practice. Study the theories of Brazil (2009), Garcia (1999), Nóvoa (2002), Imbernon (2000), Mazzotti (2001), Richardson (1999) among others, were ways to assess teacher education and the process of motivation in practice teaching of students. With this study we seek to bring to light, from teacher training to teacher performance, creating methods to motivate teacher performance in acting, helping and encouraging teachers to be creative and work with students a didactic planning, constructive for improving learning in order to develop a playful and thoughtful planning.
