This article studies the problems that can be caused by the improper use of communication in the organizational environment. The objective of this research is to prove the importance of communication, not only for communicational management, but also for every business organization. The consequences of technology and the adaptation of teams to new technological environments. This study proposes some suggestions for actions caused by the misuse of technology, in addition to the importance of human factors, communication and its trajectory within the company in the organizational structure.
