This article aimed to analyze the ethical challenges and school management strategies regarding the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the educational environment. The methodology consisted of a systematic literature review, with searches in the Scielo, Google Scholar, and CAPES Periodicals databases, using descriptors such as "artificial intelligence", "school management", and "ethics in education". Nine studies published between 2019 and 2025 were selected and analyzed through thematic analysis (Bardin, 2011). The results indicate that Brazilian school management is in an early stage of critical AI adoption, with a lack of clear institutional policies, fragility in teacher training, and ethical risks related to data privacy and algorithmic bias. As main strategies for overcoming these challenges, the literature points to the need for participatory institutional guidelines, critical continuing education, and responsible digital governance. It is concluded that the implementation of AI in schools must promote educational justice, inclusion, and respect for democratic principles, requiring a conscious and prepared performance by school managers.
