This work reports the experience of developing the "(A)Gente em Pauta" project, conducted through Permanent Health Education (PHE) actions involving Community Health Workers (CHW) and resident workers within the Multiprofessional Residency in Family Health, as part of the National Health Strategy (NHS). The description and analysis of the process are supported by Oscar Jara Holliday’s experience systematization method and autoethnography, highlighting the critical-reflective nature of the experience in the professional and interpersonal development of those involved. As a result, the territorialization process is emphasized, which served as the foundation for the project's organization and development, alongside the use of diverse teaching-learning methodologies throughout seven meetings. These activities generated joint action strategies among participants, such as home visits, territorial interventions, and changes in the relationships between CHWs, residents, and the health team. The study concludes that Permanent Health Education can be integrated into the micropolitics of services and promote the recreation of work processes through the involvement of local workers, the community, managers, and educational institutions. This aims to qualify Primary Care, prioritizing the ethical, political, and affective dimensions of Permanent Health Education.
