Abstract

Rendu-Osler-Weber syndrome is a systemic disease that affects multiple organs. It is characterized by telangiectasias and arteriovenous malformations, which can result in chronic bleeding, anemia, heart failure, liver failure, nervous system changes and even death. The article aims to report a case of a 62-year-old patient with a diagnosis of the pathology and multiple hospitalizations, evolving to death 18 years after the onset of the clinical picture.
