Studies on migration and public health indicate that immigrant women face important barriers to accessing healthcare, including language difficulties, cultural differences and gaps in information systems. In this context, this study analyzed the provision of women's health services in Primary Health Care between 2020 and 2024 in Brazilian states with the highest concentration of immigrant women. Data from the SIA/SUS system were used for cervical cytopathology, prenatal consultations and postpartum consultations in the four municipalities of each state with the largest migrant presence. The results showed strong concentration of procedures in state capitals, while border municipalities presented low volumes or absence of records. Postpartum consultations were the most fragile component. The findings highlight persistent inequalities in reproductive care and reinforce the need for improved access, better data quality and culturally sensitive policies for immigrant women.
