The research aimed to understand how digital tools could contribute to planning and evaluation in the educational context, promoting efficient pedagogical practices consistent with the current demands of education. Its objective was to analyze the contributions of these technologies to the organization and monitoring of teaching actions. The study was developed through a qualitative bibliographic research, based on the analysis of works published between 2016 and 2025, selected according to their relevance to the topic. The results indicated that digital tools facilitated pedagogical planning, making it flexible, collaborative, and continuous, while also enabling formative and contextualized assessments. It was found that the use of digital platforms and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and data analysis, favored the integration between planning and evaluation, allowing for greater precision in pedagogical decision-making. However, it was also found that challenges related to teacher resistance and lack of technological training still exist. It was concluded that the use of digital tools contributed to the construction of dynamic and reflective practices, provided that it was associated with ongoing training processes and an intentional pedagogical application.
