This study aims to analyze the impacts of the insertion of Generation Z into the labor market and its influence on management models, organizational culture, and intergenerational coexistence. In a context marked by technological, social, and cultural transformations, the coexistence of different generations in the corporate environment is observed, generating challenges and opportunities for human resource management practices. Generation Z, comprised of individuals born between 1995 and 2010, presents its own characteristics, such as valuing purpose, autonomy, flexibility, inclusion, and intensive use of technology. Through descriptive research with a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire via Google Forms, the perceptions of professionals from different age groups regarding organizational culture, engagement, communication, opportunities, and intergenerational conflicts were investigated.
