This article presents a comparative analysis of violence data recorded in the state of Rondônia, Brazil, based on three key documents: Atlas of Violence 2025, Brazilian Public Security Yearbook 2025, and RASEAM 2025. The study focuses particularly on violence against women and examines the response of the Court of Justice of Rondônia (TJRO) to these issues. It highlights institutional projects, public policies, and technological initiatives aimed at victim protection and offender accountability. The analysis reveals significant progress, while also identifying persistent challenges in aligning diagnostic data with judicial responses. The article offers reflections on the effectiveness of TJRO’s actions and recommends strategies to strengthen judicial governance in addressing gender-based violence.
