Abstract

Research Question. What is the importance of permanent education policy in the Family Health Strategy as a guiding instrument for the team of professionals in health services? Aim. To measure the importance of permanent education policy in the Family Health Strategy as a guiding instrument for the team of professionals in health services. Hypothesize. The implementation of the permanent education policy in the Family Health Strategy as a guiding instrument for the team of professionals in the health service. Type of study. Cross-sectional, prospective, field, explanatory, descriptive, observational, using the quantitative method. Local. Amostra Family Health Strategy. Inclusion criteria: Professionals of the Family Health Strategy Exclusion criteria: professionals who do not work in ESFs. You vary. Primary: The importance of the implementation of the permanent education policy in the Family Health Strategy as a guiding instrument for the team of professionals in health services. Secondary: nature, gender, time of service, location and activities carried out in the USFs. Statistical method. Escolheu-is shown for convenience, being itself called censitária. Statistical analysis: Use descriptive statistics. Procedure: Once approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (CEP), the mapping of all USFs in the region will be carried out. After this phase each member of the investigation, with the consent of the Sanitário District, will carry out the investigation first with the professionals who work in the USFs. The investigation will include some forms of dice queue: form answered together with the investigator.

Enfermeiro, especialista em Enfermagem do Trabalho, especialista em Gestão do Trabalho e Educação Permanente em Saúde, especialista em Programa de Saúde da Família. Atualmente atua como Enfermeiro do Trabalho. Atua como enfermeiro do trabalho no Hospital Otávio de Freitas, Diretor Geral do Hospital Dr. Aristeu Chaves, Mestrando em Saúde Pública e Palestrante em Empresas com temas relacionados a Saúde do Homem e Saúde do Trabalhador.

Enfermeira, especialista em saúde da criança, terapia intensiva, urgência e emergência, educação em saúde, metodologia científica, Mestre em Ciências da Saúde- UNIFESP, Doutora em Biotecnologia da Saúde – UFAL, Pós- Doutoranda em Genética com ênfase em autismo – UFPE.
