This article analyzes burnout syndrome from the perspective of labor rights, considering its growing incidence in contemporary work environments. The study aims to understand the legal instruments available to protect workers affected by burnout, discussing legislative gaps and paths for improving labor law. Based on doctrine and case law, the paper offers reflections on employer liability and the recognition of burnout as an occupational disease eligible for compensation.
