Prostatic Hyperplasia, both benign and malignant, is a common condition that affects men, especially as they age. These conditions are characterized by abnormal growth of the prostate gland, resulting in symptoms that affect the lower urinary tract and can have a significant impact on quality of life. This study covers a comprehensive analysis of the profile of Prostatic Hyperplasia in the states of the Legal Amazon over a decade. Clinical data of patients diagnosed with Prostatic Hyperplasia were examined, including demographic characteristics, clinical symptoms, diagnostic methods, therapeutic options and observed clinical outcomes. An increasing trend in the incidence of these conditions was observed, with significant regional disparities in diagnosis and treatment. The study highlights the crucial importance of early detection and implementation of appropriate treatments, highlighting the urgent need for public health strategies targeting these conditions in Amapá.
