Abstract

This article, through a literature review, explores the options outlined by doctrine for recognizing copyright in works produced by artificial intelligence. Given the evident influence that Artificial Intelligence has exerted on human daily life, it has become increasingly challenging to distinguish the real author or creator of certain works. Therefore, it is essential to discuss the various forms of protection for such works and present the main issues surrounding copyright and works produced by Artificial Intelligence.
