Abstract

The work the emotional and the covid-19 pandemic, aims to show that the pandemic shook the emotions of many people, among them, children and contributed to the increase of emotional diseases, such as anxiety and depression, for example, highlighting here, anxiety. with social isolation, people were trapped in their homes as a measure to contain the contagion of the virus. in the face of chaos, the question is: To what extent do you have emotional stability? it is common for people to have car insurance, life insurance, home insurance. But what about the insurance of emotions, is there? haven't heard of it yet, do you know why? Because the emotional is controlled and balanced by the individual himself, and the covid-19 pandemic has destabilized the psyche of many individuals. The methodology used in this research was qualitative in nature, with a literature review. the study brings reflections that help to clarify how fragile the human being is, emotionally. And that the invisible, which is the sars-cov-2 virus, has led many people to seek psychological help, as the pandemic has changed routines.
