Abstract

The inclusion of people with special educational needs beyond the school walls is a problem that needs to be faced daily, since the external spaces, despite the utopia of societal inclusion, are fragmented and directed to a few subjects due to several factors, including the financial status, social class and racial class. Thus, marginality is doubly favored for those who occupy a place of vulnerability. The principle of equity comes precisely to minimize prejudice, bringing as a motto the different treatment for different subjects in situational problems. Since inclusive education is a right of all subjects, committing to offer learning and participation without adding any type of psychosocial harm, enhancing the best in the subject, in order to guarantee better performance and autonomy beyond of educational institutions. In this way, the emancipation of the subject is sought by giving voices to those who, under the eyes of others, are heavy burdens for society.
