From the discussion on Inclusive Education, the scope of this dissertation undertakes a reflection and a debate on the challenge of inclusion of deaf students in regular schools. It starts from the following research question: What are the challenges for the school inclusion of deaf subjects to occur? In the understanding that to answer this question it is intended to analyze the challenges and possibilities for the school inclusion of deaf subjects to happen, Vygotsky's socio-interactionism is taken as a theoretical basis and a reflection is carried out from the periods of segregation and school exclusion of this segment and arrives at the international legal frameworks that drive the Inclusive Education movement. In this dissertation, the unique importance of teacher training for the use of LIBRAS to be a reality is highlighted, since the deaf culture is present in Education perpetrated in contemporary times.
