The Pedagogy and University Extension Program promoted the articulation between university, school and community through extension actions focused on themes such as playing in different contexts, diversity in Basic Education, the professionalization of the pedagogue and lifelong education. This study aimed to analyze, in the light of the perspective of critical university extension, the impacts of these actions on initial teacher training and university-school-community relations, in the Pedagogy course at Unicentro, in the period from 2023 to 2025. It is a qualitative research, based on participant research and bibliographic survey. The actions involved workshops, mini-courses, seminars, lectures and pedagogical interventions in different educational contexts. Data production occurred through questionnaires, conversation circles and participants' experience reports. The results show that the extension actions contributed to the strengthening of the articulation between theory and practice, expanding the understanding of the educational reality. In addition, they favored the development of teaching knowledge, such as sensitive listening, critical reflection and the capacity for pedagogical intervention. It is concluded that university extension constitutes a structuring axis in teacher training, by promoting learning that strengthens the bond between university, school and community.
