Abstract

The adoption of improvements in the production environment and the implementation of an adequate management of the entire supply chain are essential for the success of a company. In this sense, the present work consisted of an exploratory research with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The objective of this study is to conduct an analysis with respect to the overall efficiency of an automatic automaker locks through the OEE indicator, in order to draw up an action plan based on the methodology of analysis and troubleshooting (MASP). The procedure was based on a plan of action that took into account the main causes found in the Pareto diagram and the Ishikawa diagram, showing the main reasons machine stop. Importantly, current management methods did not have a quality feature similar to the research, ensuring the study an amount of future applicability.
