Objective: The main objective of this study is to review the literature on radiological findings related to Brain Death. Methodology: The developed article was based on an analysis of studies obtained through articles indexed in the PubMed and Virtual Health Library (VHL) databases. Results: After a bibliographic survey between 2018 and 2023, it was possible to find about 38 articles in the Virtual Health Library and 37 in PubMed. After the inclusion and exclusion methods, 20 articles were used to develop the article in question. Conclusion: Several neuroimaging tests will lead to the diagnosis of brain death, even though this is primarily clinical. Neuroimaging findings are diverse and contribute to the outcome and management of the case. After brain death (BD) is diagnosed, there is no possibility of reversing the condition, and the family is responsible for deciding to donate organs or maintain mechanical ventilation in specific cases. The doctor's duty is to transmit information in a humanitarian way, determining to plan the management and prevent unnecessary therapies.
