Abstract

This article sought to demonstrate the major changes brought by the pandemic to the employment relationship, as well as its social relevance. Workers without a defined work schedule and place, advanced means of communication and the reduction of rest time due to the virtual connection with their employer are some of these effects, which it is necessary to study and discuss. Also, this article analyzes the comparative law of France to demonstrate the effectiveness of a specific law to guarantee the right to disconnection, as well as the need for its creation in Brazil in the face of the post-pandemic scenario.
