The purpose of this article is to analyze organizational bullying and its consequences in the scope of Labor Law, which is characterized by a set of harmful behaviors practiced by a hierarchical superior aiming to increase profits and productive demands, through humiliation, embarrassment and embarrassing situations. That said, the negative impacts on the physical and mental health of the worker will be examined, as well as the consequences arising from the Labor Court. From a theoretical-methodological point of view, we espouse bibliographical research, using electronic sites, books and scientific articles. For a better improvement, an exploratory research method was carried out, in which the causes that stimulate the occurrence of this phenomenon were observed. With regard to the method of approach, he appreciated the qualitative approach, aiming to understand how it is established, its impact on the health of the victim and the position of the judiciary. Preliminary results indicate that organizational bullying comes from a business management policy, in which the hierarchical superior exceeds those of the directive powers, in order to increase profits and productive demands through insults, humiliations and psychological pressures.
