This project aims to analyze the applicability of laws that guarantee protection to children and adolescents with regard to intrafamily violence, based on constitutional principles, the Legal System and the Statute of Children and Adolescents, since both deal with the guarantees and children's rights. It urges to point out that the legislation that protects them from any type of violence is exquisite, however, it is far from its effective applicability, since there was a significant increase in complaints. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how the State can act and adopt effective and safe measures to prevent and respond to all forms of violence, so that, in this way, the necessary mechanisms are created to deal efficiently and quickly with these highly serious cases for the public. victim development. Thus, in order to achieve the expected results, documentary and bibliographical research is used, so that, in this way, it is possible to generate positive results with regard to the full protection of those referred.
