PSYCHOGRAPHED LETTERS: FUNDAMENTALS THAT ENSURE AS A PROBATORY INSTRUMENT IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

Since the birth of the Spiritist doctrine, the manifestations that have been built in the light of its guiding dogmas, mainly and specifically psychographics. It could then be listed as a fundamental part, in the mid-twentieth century, in criminal proceedings, that is, it was unusual evidence at the time of the facts and the environment in question and, in a way, caused, and still causes, constant strangeness. Over the years, this instrument was used more consistently, despite doctrinal controversies. Although there is contradiction to its use, the unfolding of this project will bring elucidations that demonstrate the proper functioning of the evidentiary means, bringing to the fore guarantees listed and assured in the Brazilian Federal Constitution, as well as guiding principles supported by the Code of Criminal Procedure. Supported by this, the conjecture between the topics above will be drawn, aiming at the alignment between lawful practices and the real procedural truth.
