Public Security is a topic of great importance for all Brazilian citizens, the increase in crime brings a lot of insecurity to the population, becoming a challenge for the Public Administration because in Brazil the population depends on the State's action to maintain the security, aiming at the guarantee and protection of individual rights and ensuring the rights of citizenship. Thus, the search for knowledge of what security is.
