Considering the work environment of current organizations and its relationship between the external scenario and the speed at which all kinds of changes happen, it is understood that human behavior is directly affected by this context. There is a direct influence of people's daily routine on the human ability to achieve goals and objectives. The organizational environment demands that managers and employees develop skills and abilities to identify and manage emotions. These skills are not yet fully defined, but within the known universe, Emotional Intelligence and Resilience have played a fundamental role for the better efficiency of organizations. When the organization considers these aspects, it can better manage human conflicts and prevent non-productive attitudes of human behavior. It is of great importance that managers have the ability to identify, understand, use and manage emotions in organizations. Despite the relevance of the subject, the development of these desired skills constitutes a challenge in the face of the plurality of individuals and the sovereignty of the external environment to the organization. Organizations end up playing a leading role if we consider that they need to adopt this understanding. The present study seeks to show ways to develop Resilience and Emotional Intelligence and identify challenges, in addition to the importance of the organization in this context.
