Abstract

This article was made with the scope of elucidating, through legal analysis, the practical and environmental obstacles encountered in the application of Law 13,465 of July 11, 2017 during the social land regularization procedure in urban centers inserted in a permanent preservation area of water course, located on the North Coast of the State of São Paulo. In order to carry out the work, a compilation of information extracted from the norms relevant to the subject was made. The article concludes by presenting the result of the analysis regarding the social land regularization procedure.
