STORAGE OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS IN WAREHOUSES: CONTRIBUTIONS TO TEACHING PROCESSES IN A BROAD VIEW

Abstract

This descriptive article aims to point out safe procedures and conditions, in a broad context, for the storage of chemical products in warehouses, based on a current bibliographical search, and on the experience of the authors in safety and health occupational procedures. The choice to focus on chemical substances is justified, given the complexity of these products in relation to the potential for causing damage, which requires varied and safe handling and storage actions. It is worth mentioning that this article aims at application, that is, it is to be used as didactic material in the classroom in courses that deal with this theme, thus contributing to the teaching processes.
