Abstract

With the pandemic, several aspects arise for the legal system regarding the possibility of the adhesion of Covid-19 as an occupational disease in labor relations and, in the face of the countless possibilities and jurisprudential divergences, new positive and negative perspectives emerge about its inclusion in the list of occupational diseases. Therefore, this article aims to add knowledge to the reader about the impacts that Covid-19 has had on labor relations, as well as to identify the requirements and perspectives of the judiciary regarding its adherence to Covid-19 as a occupational disease, which is through integrative bibliographic research, which are carried out through doctrines, laws, articles and jurisprudence. The research is of a deductive nature, based on the method that aims to analyze the data collected and explain the content, in order to analyze the impact of the pandemic on labor relations, on the legal consequences of the adherence of covid-19 to the list of occupational disease. Finally, the position of some courts on the subject was externalized.
