Abstract

Law 13.467, commonly called Labor Reform, came into effect on November 13, 2017, affecting the labor process and individual and collective labor relations. This rule promoted substantial changes, creating and revoking more than one hundred articles and paragraphs of the CLT, making a series of rights more flexible. This article aims to point out which of these changes resulted in changes in the performance of labor law. Therefore, understanding the scenario of labor law in Brazil, in addition to investigating the challenges of the lawyer in this context, providing a bibliographical review of books, documents, specialized magazines, scientific articles, dissertations, legislation and jurisprudences on this subject.
