This article contemplates a brief interpretation in the area of Linguistics with an interweaving of theoretical-dialogical reflections based on Mikhail Bakhtin and Valentin N. Volóchinov, particularly on the meaning of dialogue, dialogism. It starts from the Bakhtinian precept that the human being (the subject) is translated as a unique event and that, in addition to language, he experiences and attributes meaning to his particular project of discourse simultaneously with others (I/Other). In this way, all those involved in the discourse are interconnected and establish a relationship of mutual dependency. It is based on this precept that the understanding arises that man is always in dialogue, not only with other subjects, but with everything in the world. So, firm in this precept, a concrete text-enunciation of the discourse genre newspaper strips (TJ) is analyzed. The objective of the analysis is to highlight the linguistic marks used by Quino in the structure of the text-enunciation to direct the reader to the understanding of the thematic content implicitly expressed in the TJ, object of analysis. Through the analysis, it appears that the constituent elements of the TJ genre are intertwined in the attribution of meaning to the critical-thematic content addressed.
