Abstract

This paper addresses the theme of bulling and its legal implications in labor relations, with the objective of presenting the real situation of the victims and the psychological damage caused, the resulting causes and how to avoid and combat it. In fact, the different types of moral harassment will be analyzed, distinguishing this modality from sexual harassment, also pointing out the prevention measures in the work environment and the identification of moral harassment in the employer's conduct, as well as the legal repercussions and consequences in labor relations and the effects of the damage to the employee's mental health.
