THE POSSIBILITY OF REDUCING THE LABOR DAY OF CELETISTA WORKER RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSON WITH DISABILITIES

This article studies the possibility of reducing the working day of the person responsible for a person with a disability, linked to the legal regime of the Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT. The reduction is presented with a qualitative approach, under the deductive scientific method, starting with the purpose of identifying the normative rule of the person with disability, for fundamental in general, the possibility of working hours of workers who need assistance and follow-up to the person with deficiency. In addition, there was an analysis of the legislative document that already provides for the possibility of being analyzed, aimed at public servants, as a legal technique of analogous integration. Thus, the jurisprudence also highlights that, while the reduction of the journey time, processing for the inclusion of bills highlights in the norm that was presented as a proposal to promote public policies, in the form of an extension of the journey, promoted by the need to promote to ensure non-discrimination and unemployment of workers responsible for dependents with disabilities.
