Abstract

The main objective of this study is to understand how industrial remote communication can contribute to management in industrial organizations. Technological advances have increasingly contributed to improving remote communication in industrial organizations, in order to support production processes, decision-making, standardization, error correction, monitoring, alarms, etc. Industrial networks help industry management by providing real-time information on production processes, achieving goals, machine operation, etc. That is, with this information in hand, managers can make decisions to optimize and streamline production processes, correct failures, etc., helping to increase the productivity and quality of the company's products, which means a competitive advantage and greater profitability.
