This work aims to reflect on a proposal for an organizational policy aimed at developing the Emotional Intelligence of employees in private companies through a continuous process of organizational education. As a theoretical basis, an exploratory bibliographic research was carried out on the concepts of Emotional Intelligence, Training, Consulting and Corporate Education. Emotionally intelligent managers and work teams are more prepared to deal with critical situations by overcoming uncomfortable situations that harm the performance of the team and, consequently, the organization. In this way, investing in the education of employees to develop their personal and team emotional skills is essential for the organizational strategy to achieve its results and allow the company to survive in such a competitive and globalized market. Another benefit of promoting people's emotional development is to provide an improvement in the quality of life in the work environment, whether by encouraging respect, trust, justice or honesty, or through physical activities. Considering the digitization of work caused by the new coronavirus pandemic, strengthening the emotions of professionals is essential for combating conflicts and disputes.
