Abstract

The present work analyzes the public service provided by the National Institute of Social Security - INSS in relation to the Continued Provision Benefit (BPC/LOAS. Social Assistance is focused, specifically on the Continued Benefit, from the public in which the benefit is directed to the administrative process and its phases. It is observed that, like any service provided by the State, it is essential to evaluate and discuss the series of abuses and vices from the beginning of the administrative process to the rejection itself. In this way, some unethical behavior on the part of eventual INSS servants are discussed, as well as the damage that such action brings to the lives of those who really live under the context of social vulnerability and need social assistance to guarantee the existential minimum.
