Abstract

Health between 2012 and 2022. Qualitative research, narrative literature review, in articles published between 2012 and 2022, The results show that the Health Surveillance has as a mark the integrality of health care, with difficulty of integration in Primary Health Care. The medium and high complexity are the most difficult services for citizens to access, due to the inadequate division and fixation of technological services that were unevenly distributed in the Brazilian territory. The information produced by the Family Health Teams is fundamental in the work, for systematization, consolidation, analysis, and dissemination of data. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the discussion about the practices in the sphere of Health Surveillance, in the implementation of a State transformed by the relation of historical and social forces.
