The Psychologist's role in psychosocial support homes/clinics should involve welcoming, team case discussion, psychotherapies, crisis response, elaboration of individual care plans, groups and workshops, activities directly aimed at social reintegration, among others. Based on these guidelines, this article proposes to report how the Psychologist's psychotherapy sessions are carried out in the context of a psychosocial support home/clinic, located in the city of Curitiba, based on the participatory observation of Psychology interns. This document presents reports of sessions of patients with disabilities, mental illnesses, psychic disorders and problems arising from the abusive use of drugs who undergo individual or group psychological follow-up. Interpersonal relationships between residents, caregivers and house administrators are approached from the reports.
