Problem-solving capacity is an indispensable guideline to be fully addressed in the context of Primary Health Care (PHC). Its scope is related to several factors foreseen in the National Primary Care Policy (NPCP), which include from a qualified multidisciplinary team to the presence of attributes of diagnostic and therapeutic support within the basic health units (BHU), which are able to solve the health demands of users, without the need for a specialist. The study aims to integrate primary studies that addressed the factors associated with the degree of resolution of PHC, through the performance of the Family Health Strategy (FHS), presenting a reflection about the current scenario in this area of knowledge. For this, an integrative review of the literature was performed, through online search in lilacs, medline and scielo databases, through the key term resolution of the last 10 years. A total of 05 references were obtained as a final sample, whose results demonstrated an evaluation of fragmented and based resolution capacity on essential attributes of PHC, with several weaknesses and problem-up disabilities, evidencing the need for creation and use of more complete evaluative methodologies for the guideline.
