Abstract

It is known that orgasm is a sensation of intense pleasure. Frequently in the process of psychotherapy, the persistent delay in orgasm is reported as a cause of anxiety and difficulty in interpersonal relationships. This delay or inability to reach pleasure can be considered anorgasmia, that is, one of the most recurrent sexual dysfunctions. Tantric Therapy promotes changes in thinking and behavior, promotes self-awareness and reduces anxiety through sex education and systematic desensitization. It is a beneficial treatment for orgasmic dysfunction in both men and women.
