Violence against children within the family can be characterized as: physical, psychological, negligence, abandonment, child or sexual work; it is an act, from the perspective of human rights, of violation and denial of the right to life with integrity and social justice. In view of this, the objective of this work is to analyze the performance of the Social Worker in the care of children who are victims of intrafamilial sexual violence in the context of social isolation manifested by the advent of the pandemic that has occurred in recent years . This study was carried out through a questionnaire applied to the social worker and the delegate of the Police Station for Child and Adolescent AAssistanc-DEACA Santarém-Pá, as well as bibliographical research to know the position of the authors on the topic addressed. The study shows that the scenario of social restriction made children more vulnerable to their potential aggressors, since it increased the time of family coexistence, another situation pointed out is that the school plays a fundamental role in the fight against child violence, in the face of this new reality, removal from the school environment fostered intimidation on the part of the perpetrator of the crime and the difficulty in identifying the cases. In Santarém-PA, through the results achieved according to the applied questionnaires, it is inferred that the pandemic brought impunity, since most cases of abuse occur in the family environment, and due to social isolation, these victims did not have the who to turn to.
