This article is purely theoretical and seeks to present the concepts and insertion of new photovoltaic panel technologies applied to the reality of Brazilian citizens, whether for residential use or for charging electric vehicles. In the first quarter of 2022, there was an increase of almost 80% in sales of electric vehicles, compared to the same period of the previous year (PROINST), with this, an attempt was made to address the benefits of using photovoltaic panels in homes, as well as the advantages for recharging vehicles, demonstrating the versatility of its use. With such an increase in the number of electric vehicles in circulation in the country, the impact on the generation and distribution of energy can overload the grid and, with that, solar energy becomes a viable alternative to alleviate not only the electrical system, thus avoiding , a possible overload, but also as a financial relief for the common user, considering that photovoltaic panels, despite still having high costs, compensate for the amount invested over time.
