This article aims to point out the abuse that occurs in consumer relations and the damage caused by some suppliers that are suffered by consumers. Therefore, we raise the following question: Is the lifetime lost by the consumer in the search for the resolution of these problems caused by the suppliers, an indemnifiable good? We came to the conclusion that it is impossible to quantify the damage suffered by someone, when it comes to the moral and subjective sphere. This work proposes, then, that there is a pre-tax list of reasonable minimum time estimation to be lost in the attempt of the consumer to solve the damages caused by the supplier, after all, in human relations it is necessary that the parties give in or even have something to reach an agreement that suits both parties. And in the case of overcoming this consumed existential time, compensation for lost life time becomes appropriate.Through several researches and consultations of articles, books and websites, we built a descriptive and objective research that seeks to bring concepts and ideas to be explored and argued in order to develop critical and analytical thinking on the exposed topic This theme, chosen after analyzing how consumer relations occur and what makes some companies stand out over others, what is decisive for the success of some over the others is exclusively focused on the service and support they give to their customers.
