Cyber law is still something very new, however it is very important to be studied and analyzed in a more effective way. This article studies the Cyber Law and the Impact generated by the Carolina Dieckmann Law in the fight against virtual crimes carried out against children and adolescents. Being carried out through literature review and exploratory research. With the popularization of the internet in Brazil, the digital environment has become a very fragile and insecure environment, as an example of this is the email violation carried out by Crackers against actress Carolina Dieckmann. As a consequence of these cybercrimes and this constant evolution, it was necessary to create a branch of law to regulate such intercurrences, then Cyber Law was born. There are people who are more vulnerable when accessing the internet and among them are children, adolescents and also the elderly and these people end up being potential victims for the action of these criminals. What saddens the most is that these victims may be closer than one imagines, it could be a child, sibling, father, mother or even grandparents. In summary, during this research, it was possible to identify a weakness in access and compliance with current legislation. This research aims to alert people that these crimes exist and are real, in addition to demonstrating to potential victims that they can and should seek their rights so that these crimes do not go unpunished.
