Abstract

The main objective of this article is to analyze the restriction of the movement of people who rejected the vaccine against COVID-19, presenting the consequences caused by such actions, in addition to addressing the legality of such measures, having as a parameter the fundamental rights provided for in our Constitution. and the dignity of the human person, also including the conflict between individual rights and diffuse rights, in order to determine which should prevail over the other in situations such as this one that is beyond normality. Jointly exposing the impacts left on our society by the pandemic. The work was developed from a bibliographical research, using the qualitative exploratory method.
