Several drug-related issues and possible preventive measures published in the literature in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was a comprehensive literature review and the databases used for the study were: Science Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), PUBMED, Science Direct, Web of Science and Scopus. The articles studied demonstrate the valuable role that the pharmacist can play with patients, practices that are known and incorporated into pharmaceutical services, starting with the care and monitoring of drug therapy. All seek to evaluate, describe and/or communicate this role in the form of services provided and analyze it as proposals and practical measures in the light of current and future perspectives. Therefore, it is clear that clinical practice through pharmacy services is essential for contributing to problem solving, education on health issues and/or nursing advancement.
