Abstract

The search for knowledge about psychopaths has become something growing in the social sphere, but what few people know is that not all individuals diagnosed with this antisocial personality disorder act in a criminal way. In order to produce this paper, bibliographic research was used, which aims to clarify some personality traits that individuals with a propensity to antisocial behavior have, how they fit into social life, and what are the ways to identify and protect themselves from individuals who may harm those who live in the same family, marital, or professional environment. In summary, it is observed that individuals with social personality traits can act in several ways, either as financial profiteers, committing fraud, taking advantage of those who love them to obtain several benefits or simply, for pure satisfaction, harm anyone who crosses their path.
