This article has the general objective of dealing with the moral harassment experienced by women within organizations. And it has specific objectives: to define what is moral harassment and female moral harassment, what are the difficulties encountered by women, factors that lead to gender inequality, identify how to prevent moral harassment and what are the punishments for people who practice sexual harassment. harassment in the work environment. For that, material already published will be used, such as academic works, scientific articles and books that deal with the topic. This study is justified by the fact that machismo is still part of today's society. This statement is mainly due to the inequality of rights between men and women, high rates of violence, harassment, objectification of women, salary difference and others. Thus, the search for gender equality is one of the ways to minimize the identified problem.
