Thus, the objectives of this work are: to identify how denouncements of fraudsters in the process of affirmative actions and the allocation of quotas to black and brown students in Brazil, identify a description of actions to repress these abuses; to identify and describe an opinion of university students about this fact and its consequences, and also to professionals in the area of Human Resources, to identify and describe the challenges that seek to fight to implement a management of employability of this population.
