IMPACTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF E-SOCIAL IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BANDEIRANTES AND CORNÉLIO PROCÓPIO

Abstract

This article seeks to verify the impacts on the municipalities of Bandeirantes and Cornélio Procópio caused by the implantation of the project that changed the routines of accounting professionals, e-Social. In addition, it aims to contribute to other researchers being a basis for future consultations. For this, a questionnaire was developed with questions pertinent to the implementation in the municipalities under analysis. As a theoretical basis, this study is based on bibliographic research, presenting a history of accounting bookkeeping, the Sped program and the e-Social project, also addressing studies related to the impacts and difficulties arising from the insertion. The results show that the heads of the personnel department have been successful in coping with the difficulties so far and consider the tool as something that simplifies the routines. However, they understand the importance of continuing to develop their knowledge.
