UTILIZATION IN THE PRODUCTION OF FERTILIZED EMBRYOS WITH NELORE BULLS FROM 1 YEAR AND 11 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS

In Brazil, livestock is one of the main economic resources that drive the country's economy, with Mato Grosso as the largest cattle herd in Brazil. Expanding IVF each year, in search of genetically superior animals in a reduced period of time. The study aimed to evaluate the fertilization rate of 4 new breeding bulls that were evaluated on their fertility rate in IVP in 31 donor cows, from farm X. 3 (three) evaluations were carried out for the production of embryos, with bulls born in the date range from 08/08/2019 to 09/18/2020, the first study had 206 cultured oocytes and 16 (7.76%) embryos produced - BULL A: 6.47% (9/139), BULL B: 0% (0/25), BULL C: 29.41% (5/17) and BULL D: 8.00% (2/25), according to the study, 514 oocytes were cultured and 150 (29.18%) of embryos produced - BULL A: 37.59% (103/274), BULL B: 18.38% (25/136), BULL C: 53.85% (21/39) and BULL D: 1.54% (1/65), the third study had 349 cultured oocytes and 111 (31.80%) embryos produced - BULL A: 29.77% (39/131), BULL B: 45.22% (71/157) , TAURUS C: 5.56 (1/18) and TAURUS D: 0.00% (0/43). It was concluded that satisfactory results were not obtained with the bull, through research, it is assumed that the bulls, because they are young, are not yet fully sexually capable.
